RESERVATIONS

Stays start from seven nights. A non refundable deposit of GBP 100 +3% transaction surcharge is charged to secure a reservation. Full rental payment will be taken on arrival. We accept all major credit cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard), cash and travellers cheques in GB Sterling. An Extra £20 is payable for the third person in the studio apartment only (over 5 years old).

CANCELLATIONS

We need to be advised two weeks prior to arrival of any cancellations for there not to be a charge incurred.
If less than two weeks notice is given the guest will be charged 50% of their whole stay.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES

Reservations commence at Noon on the day of arrival and terminate at 10 am on the day of departure.
Additional hours - if available - will be charged on a half-day basis.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

The Management cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to guests’ personal effects or luggage, howsoever caused. Guests should ensure their Travel Insurance covers all such risks.

DAMAGE BOND

The Management reserves the right to require a secure deposit against damage or breakage, in certain cases.
(Usually where children or young adults are in the party.) This would normally be refunded on the day of departure, after inspection of the apartment.
